Autograph sessions with stamp designers and sportsmen are also planned. \nThe Consilium Philatelicum of the BDPh organises a “Forum for Collectors”\, which conveys knowledge every day at hourly intervals with lectures and introductions to various areas of collecting. \nThree special salons await visitors in Hall 2: “75 Years of the Association of German Philatelists” (BDPh)\, “150 Years of the Reichspost” and “75 Years of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia”. \nIn addition\, several special auctions will take place on the IBRA days with a select range of products. \nThe highlight for exhibitors will be the IBRA Festival Evening\, which will take place on Saturday\, 8 May 2021.
